Christmas card from my ex's family members

Hello,

I believe my ex's family members don't know we were divorced in Aug 2013 after 29 years of marriage. It was a nasty divorced because he married his mistress soon as the ink was dried on the divorced papers. Do I send a thank you note to the family members who don't know we are divorced and explain that we are no longer a family and also give them his new family address ? Or do I just leave it alone. I don't want to receive any more Christmas cards address to are family that is no more.

Dear Norma~

I believe a thank you note that contains your ex-husband's new address is appropriate providing you are gracious in your comments. He should have told his family following the divorce and re-marriage to spare you the emotional toll. One note ought to take care of the whole family.
