Is it proper etiquette to hold a college graduation party this spring for my son who will be getting married next year?

Linda,

I am not quite sure why this is a question. Is it because you feel two celebrations are too much?

Why not celebrate your son's accomplishments AND marriage. It seems like a wonderful idea to me. How fortunate you are to have so much to shout about!! Please enjoy every moment of your son's life passages.
