Introduction of new boyfriend

I am a father of 2.

11 year old girl, 13 year old boy.
My sister-in-law has just let us know she's getting a divorce after 10 years, due to another man.

She is wanting to bring her new boyfriend to my daughters 11 year family party , and Im not wanting that to happen after only knowing this for 4 day...

Dear Dad,

If your daughter has never met the new man in your sister-in-law’s life, it is acceptable to tell her the invitation is for close friends and family only. Graciously let her know you are, however, anxious to meet him at a later date so you and your children can get to know him.
