Received a birthday card scratch lotto ticket in mail from his grandmother today. Should I return it as we are no longer together?

What you do with the ticket is up to you. Think about your relationship with his grandmother and ask yourself if she wanted you to have this or for her grandson to be the sole recipient. Then you can decide what to do.
