calling hours

My husband is out of town and his friends brother passed away. I am going to pay my respects during the calling hours. How should I sign the registry book? Should I still sign Mr & Mrs, or only Mrs?

Registry Book

This is an interesting question! The registry book is for those who are present at the time. With that in mind, sign your name only. You may put your husband's name in parentheses next to your signature to show the relationship. This clearly indicates who was actually there for the calling hours and who couldn't be there but was represented.

Good luck.
