My mother is in very poor health. I do not expect her to live beyond this year. I am in the process of reviewing her final arrangements and would like to know if it would be appropriate to have her wear a corsage. I have never seen this done before. She already selected the flowers that will drape the casket. Her dementia is severe but I remember her telling me she din not want large wreathes or anything like that.

Thank you.

Corsage Decision
by: Ms P Etiquette

Dear Mercedes,

I am so sorry for this expected loss and for your mother’s ill health. This must be a difficult time for you. In response to your question about your mother wearing a corsage, you decide. If you think your mother would like that, then please do it. This is not a time for indecision and your peace of mind is important. I wish you well.
