Should I present a gift to the Bishop baptizing my son seperate from the donation to the congregation

Hello,

My son is being baptized by a Bishop at the Godparents home, which will be a small ceremony for close family. I am aware that a donation to the congregation is traditional, but should we increase the amount we give since he is performing the baptism at their house instead of the church? The Godparents are also providing an additional donation. Is there any traditions for providing a small Thank You gift for the Bishop or does a Thank You card and the donations suffice?

Thank you

Hello Shannon,

Adding a little extra to the church donation would be welcome, I am sure. A heartfelt thank you card with the money is perfect.
