Hello Betty~

I do not understand your question. Are you asking me how much you should donate to the deceased's church or charity? Or is this regarding funeral costs?

If you refer to the first scenario, then donate what you can afford keeping in mind this is a relative of sorts. Usually $25 is appreciated by any non-profit. As for the funeral, I really cannot address that issue, having no expertise.
