This is not a question of etiquette but of personal taste and acquaintance level. Are the future brides friends? Do they know each other? Is the cousin's fiancee friendly with either the future bride or groom? What about the cousins? Are they close? That should serve as the guideline. There really are no etiquette guidelines when speaking to extended family.
